We are looking to make any required changes to our documents now, to ensure that we only spend money on lawyers one time to get our documents re-stated to comply with the incoming WUCIOA law. In our CC&R’s, while the existence of the basement cages is documented, there is no information as to which unit belongs to whom, nor which unit is which from a numbering perspective. Basement Rebuild Progress The basement is currently undergoing reconstruction to allow all residents to access their storage units. As soon as we have a date for re-opening it will be communicated to all residents. Ziply Fiber – Release of Liability Ziply Fiber is interested in our units! A “Release of Liability” waiver is required to allow them to install their equipment on our buildings. This incurs no cost to the association.
