Hey all, we have 2 sets of repairs which may begin as soon as this coming Monday. When we have solid dates we will communicate them.

1) The faulty sump pump causing all the issues in the basement is being replaced, and the lines are to be jetted out.

2) Extensive roof repairs addressing all points on the J2 Engineering Report to extend our roof’s lifespan as much as is feasible.

Please be aware that the roofers will need 2 parking spots as close to each respective building as possible to ease the transport of tools and materials. We are working to nail down the order of buildings so we can warn residents. We appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility around this issue, parking may be heavily disrupted this coming week.

The parking spots circled in pink belong to me and are rarely used as I only have one car. The spot is rather long and should be able to squeeze 2 cars in, feel free to steal this spot if you find your spot unexpectedly occupied, but we will be working to ensure all impacted residents are warned ahead of time that we need their spots.

After the sump pump situation and the roofs are addressed, we will be reviewing our budget to plan for water intrusion mitigation in the basement storage area, and work on the aesthetic fixes around the facility. Details will come as we have them.
