Annual Tasks

The sprinkler system has been activated for the year, and there are 4 heads which require replacement. This is pending vendors.

Projects

Regarding fascia boards on 19728; Handyfriend.biz is coming out at 2:30pm on July 3rd to inspect and quote for repair.

Regarding the storage area in 19732; Sno-King Maintenance and Construction is coming out on the 3rd between 9am to 11am to quote for repair.

Finances

$500 in cash received for petty cash fund, created new debit card line at BECU to hold funds, will start posting monthly statements along with any invoices for spend to have 100% transparency on this resource’s usage.

Inspections

A call out from our fire alarm inspection was that our exterior fire extinguishers have not been inspected in years. We have an inspection quote signed for $100 from Brimstone Fire Safety Management LLC, scheduling TBD. This will not impact any residents as no unit access is required.
