Inspections

Brimstone Fire Safety will be onsite on the 14th to inspect the fire extinguishers. This will not be resident disruptive, no access will be required to units.

Maintenance

I will wrap the first set of ducts on 15th to get a measure of cost / time per unit. We will then begin contacting residents in 2nd story units to get this done. As a part of this, photos will be taken of each attic area to use for future roof replacement prioritization
