The first set of vendors T-Square sent our way were not licensed for mitigation work so we are restarting contact now with mitigation qualified vendors. We apologize for the delays and are working with T-Square to determine what happened on this matter.

ServPro will be onsite this evening between 5pm and 7pm to assess the damage and place dehumidifiers in the basement to start addressing the humidity and mold issues.
