Basement Mitigation Complete

ServPro has completed work on the 19732 building. !!!DO NOT STORE ITEMS IN THE BASEMENT!!! We are going to leave the basement to observe through the winter to be 100% sure we have no other sources of water intrusion, and need to replace insulation and sheetrock prior to the storage area being open for use. We will send an update when the storage area is once again available for general use, thanks for your patience as we resolve this matter.

Basement Ventilation

This dead Broan-NuTone bathroom fan was our only source of ventilation and while the line to it is energized, the fan is toast. We are looking into contractors to address this literal hole.

Vendor Onsite Tomorrow

As a reminder, Brimstone Fire Safety will be onsite tomorrow to perform hydro tests on our extinguishers. This will not be a resident disruptive operation.

Encampment / Couch

We are aware that a couch was placed right next to our property and that people are starting to camp here. This encampment falls within the bounds of Homage’s ownership. I spoke with their management who’s cameras did not have the sufficient angle to see this latest development, and they have indicated they will resolve this promptly.
