Nash Set-Up
We have transitioned to Nash Property Management moving forward, and are excited to welcome Kerri DeArmas as our manager. The links on the top of the page have been updated. You should be receiving emails and physical mailers to this effect. Sign up here, by clicking “Need to setup an account” and inputting your address

Once you get setup, you will see your pending balance and (possibly) this error message:

This is expected to clear within the next 48 hours. Worry not, late fees will not apply for this month as we transition over.
Please contact Kerri if you have any issues setting up your account.
Board Opening
A position has opened on the board for treasurer, please contact Quinn to express interest. Check out this video to see what you would be in for.
Board Meeting / Election
Related to the above, we will be holding a board meeting on Wednesday, September 20th at 7pm to elect a new board member and to introduce Kerri to the community.
Irrigation Repair
There was a sprinkler head in front of building 19726 which had blown off and was treating us to a scheduled fountain display. This has been resolved.
Weekend Work Party!!!
Some folks have expressed a willingness to help out around the facility, now is your time to shine, though admittedly with late notice!
This Saturday (tomorrow) at 10am, I plan to:
* Pressure wash the sidewalks.
* Clean the trash area (If its one of us putting construction debris in bags next to the dumpster, please knock that off!)
* Haul materials set aside from remediation back down to the storage area
* Pick up any trash scattered around the facility
If people show up to help, I’ll buy you pizza. If not, I get all the pizza! Please let me know if you plan on attending. If you are gluten / dairy intolerant I am sure I can find some other food to entice you with… just hit me up!
In future I will work to have proper heads up notice for work parties!
Newsletter Cadence Change
Now that we are not neck deep in remediation adventures, we will probably have less to report on a weekly basis. Updates will be posted on this site as they occur. I want to avoid sending spam just for the sake of “meeting that weekly newsletter schedule!”
