Abandoned(?) Cars

Hey all, there are 2 cars which seem a tad abandoned. This summer, we are going to start caring about this kind of stuff, so consider this an ~6 month heads up notice that we will start making noise about those. If they are not abandoned please let us know. The tan one has a nearly flat tire and has not moved the entire time I have lived here, so that is a bit sus! If its yours, if you can please air it up and hose it down it would be appreciated so our place can look all pretty.

Gutters

We had a pretty major rain storm, and at least one gutter section on 19726 is not draining properly. We are pending vendor quotes to get that cleaned for the winter season.

Drains

The drain on the basement stairs closest to the dumpsters was not doing its job well, and it turned out to be a shower drain that was very much not designed for outdoor usage with sediment and leaves. This has been replaced and should further help mitigate water intrusion.

Tagging

We are still pending one more vendor quote to address the tagging, and hope to have that resolved shortly.
