As annual maintenance, ‘Best Plumbing’ will be onsite on Monday to jet the drain lines in the stairwells to the sump pump, and then clean out the sump pump well and its output line

Gutters

We are currently pursuing quotes from vendors to get our gutters cleaned on a regular basis

Budget

We are meeting with Kerri from Nash on Wednesday to go over our draft budgets, and hope to have these finalized soon!
