Attic Inspection

Hey All,

As discussed in our last meeting, 2024 is going to be a year of heavy engineering scrutiny. We thank everyone for their patience and flexibility as we put our units under the microscope to plan for our upcoming revamp.

First up, we need to get engineers in all of our attics! All 2nd floor units MUST be available to inspect on the 22nd in the following schedule. Please contact the board &/or Kerri to confirm you will be available at this time. If you cannot be available at this time, Quinn (19726 #202) will coordinate access and will need a key to your unit. Please label your key prior to handing it over!

Towing Car

Last call! The car in spot #15 is clearly abandoned, it is going to be towed either today or tomorrow depending on contract logistics. If this is your car, you must contact us immediately to avoid it being towed.
