Plumbers Onsite

Yesterday we found a blockage in the 19732 basement drainage system that was resulting in water pooling in the stairwell near the dumpsters. ‘Best Plumbing’ is onsite now and is jetting the entire drainage system to be extra thorough. Please forgive the noise, they should be done shortly!

Reminder – Attic Inspection

As a reminder, this Thursday the 22nd, we are inspecting attics as part of our larger engineering undertaking. Please make sure you are available to grant access in your time slot (see previous posts) if you live on a 2nd floor unit. Thanks in advance for your flexibility with these inspections!

Building Numbers

Based on a resident suggestion, we have added building numbers above each unit’s existing numbering in an attempt to resolve issues with missed package deliveries. Thanks for the great idea!
