Parking

We have had continued complaints of cars being parked where they shouldn’t. We will be working to register all cars owned by residents (renters and owners alike) to ensure that we don’t tow the wrong vehicles. Every unit has 2 spots assigned to them, please take care to stay within those! All residents must fill out the form that will be coming out shortly with vehicle information.

Tree Debris

As you all will have seen, we have some downed limbs around the facility. I chopped them into chunks so there is not a hazard of bits falling on people, but we cannot put yard waste in the dumpster. We are working to get that hauled away shortly.

Engineering Report

Ice Mitigation Budgeting

Costs for ice mitigation overran budget and we have stopped our contract with TransBlue to de-ice our lot for winter 23/24. We are exploring alternate options for budget ’25 including investing in our own snow equipment. More to come in our September budget session.

Equipment Purchase

We opted to purchase a secondary emergency sump pump which is designed to be portable versus permanently installed, giving us the capacity to evacuate a significant amount of water in a short time should the sump well overfill.
