19732 Sidewalk Repair

Tomorrow and potentially into Thursday we are going to have the orange marked section of concrete in front of 19732 replaced to mitigate the tripping hazard they currently present. Please exercise caution around the construction, and our thanks for everyone’s patience for the noise as this work is completed.

Fence Repairs

Sections of our fence between us and Beaver Cove Apartments attracted the ire of Lynnwood code enforcement and necessitated spot replacement. This has been addressed and we have confirmation that code enforcement is happy!
