Roof

Another reminder that we are getting our new roof tomorrow morning for building 19730. Be careful around construction, avoid the area when possible and follow any directions from construction workers immediately for your safety.

For the duration of the project, we require the use of the following spots. We will make every attempt to contact vehicle owners, but any vehicles blocking construction will be towed at owners expense.

Basement

As we pursue quotes for rebuilding the basement, I produced a video for our contractors. While it is focused on the objectives of our current quote, it is a good way to get a peek on the status of the basement! Check it out!

Salt

A huge shout out to Valerie / Fernan / Mandy for their help cleaning the basement and hauling salt. Their help with that is massively appreciated! As per our previous proposal, we now have a snowblower (black and yellow on left) a salt spreader (black and red on right) and 1 ton of anti corrosion ice melt.

Wasps!

In hauling the salt, we noticed a truly massive wasps nest up in the trees between 19730 and 19732. We are working to mitigate this ASAP. It would be inadvisable to disturb them until mitigated.

Please never assume the board is aware of a problem! If you see flooding, fire, vandalism, building damage, giant wasps nests, hordes of zombies or anything else which may cause us a problem, please contact Kerri at Nash Property Management or the board directly ASAP.
