Budget
We have finalized our 2025 budget. 8.88% increase; units ending in 01 = $721.43/mo, ending in 02 = $833.37/mo. 1x new roof, $15k for drainage work to rectify the faulty sump well protecting 19732. No basement storage unit rebuild in ’25, hope to have in ’26.
We opted to line item the new roof rather than assess for it. We plan to have our roofer’s inspect all buildings other than 19730 to determine the target, but suspect that 19728 will be next. We defer to the experts on prioritization.
