Feb 20th Tree Removal

The 2 trees adjacent to 19732 are to be removed Feb 20th, please exercise caution around the job site and follow instructions from workers for your safety.

19728 Roof

The suspicions conveyed in our budget meetings proved correct, KSR suggested that 19728 would be best served with our next roof. Their quote came in under our $40k budget @ $33,925.00 + tax. We have approved the quote and paid the 50% down payment to secure the materials prior to tariffs hitting us. We expect next year’s roof to come in at a higher price point as a consequence of incoming tariffs. We do not yet have an install date scheduled, but will update when that information is available.
