Ratify Prior Meeting Minutes – VOTE
We need to ratify our Minutes from the April board meeting
Intrusive Inspection – 5th / 6th
As part of our ongoing insurance claim, we have an intrusive inspection run by opposing council on the 5th and 6th, they will be removing chunks of all building exterior’s as detailed here. They will put it all back together. Do not interfere or interact with the parties who come onsite. Refer any questions presented to you by these engineers to our lawyers.
Fire Alarm Inspection – June 3rd
Tuesday, June 3rd is our annual fire alarm inspection. We require access to all units during that day to ensure our alarms and sensors are working as designed. Should any components fail or be recalled, they will be replaced at no cost to unit owners.
Part of the testing involves setting off the alarms per unit, so expect noise!
***Contact Quinn or Kerri to coordinate key hand-off if you will not be home, we must have access to all units on this date.***
