Ratify Prior Meeting Minutes – VOTE

We need to ratify our minutes from our June meeting.

Intrusive Inspection – Details coming soon!

We are on the cusp of having details to share about our ongoing insurance claim. We hope to have everything ready to present in our August meeting, but are waiting on one final deliverable from opposing council. We will schedule a time for our lawyers to meet with the association to answer any questions. We cannot go into details until we are at 100%, but everything we have seen is completely in alignment with our expectations, nothing of surprise or concern at this juncture.

Parking – Please stay in your spots!

We have had complaints of cars parking in spots that don’t belong to them! The board is happy to step in, but spot owners need to let us know when this happens. We are not actively patrolling license plates in our free time!

We will make every possible effort to communicate with the owners of vehicles prior to towing, but be aware that repeat offenders will be towed.
