Roof & Gutter Cleaning

We have the following dates scheduled to have our roofs and gutters cleaned: 25.09.24, 25.12.15, 26.02.23, 26.08.17. Expect to hear footsteps from the roof if you are on the 2nd floor!

All dates are on our google calendar. We are pending final dates in October for our irrigation winterization and backflow testing, and expect to have a scheduled date with Bodine construction shortly to jet our drainage lines for the winter.

PUD Increase

In our last board meeting, we called out an anomalous cost increase from PUD related to our building power charges. Valerie tracked this down to a change in the ‘per-day charge’, separate from the kWh charges of building draw. Prior, the per-day building charge was $0.92; now it has increased to $1.72. Note that this charge is per day, per building. This confirms that we do not have anomalous power draw, and that we will need to budget for a higher power bill for our ’26 cycle.
