Tree Trimming Quote – VOTE

We have used Washington Tree Experts several times over the years, and they have consistently provided the most competitive quotes with high-quality work. Their prior trimming in 2024 of the larger trees is still sufficient as per their site visit, so the scope of work is:

• Vine Maple trees – raise canopies, thin, and cut back from buildings.
• Arborvitae top below second-story windows.
• All trees in the parking lot – raise canopies.

WUCIOA Quote – No vote yet!

This information will be relevant to our annual budget planning, but we are providing it early for review.

As a brief reminder, WUCIOA is an incoming legal requirement to unify all COA/HOA governance documents with the ‘Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act’. While it does not go into effect until January 1st 2028, our lawyers have advised against running that at the last minute as all COA/HOA lawyers will be slammed with restatements, hence our looking into getting this done in 2026.

Our lawyers offer flat-fee packages of varying degrees of detail. I suspect our association would be best served by the $5k “Standard Restatement of Declaration and Bylaws”
