No final decisions are being made this meeting, it’s time to discuss line items we want to add/change/remove from our current budget. 

• Windows / Siding / Stairway Cleaning
• Roof / Gutters Cleaning (Add Moss treatment, maintain 3x cadence)
• Roof Savings – potential to split over 2 years
• Storage Area
• Driveway – seal and paint
• Batteries – Snow Blower
• Increased power
