Budget Ratification – VOTE

As per Washington law, we must ratify the budget adopted by the Board. The budget is ratified automatically unless a majority of the total voting power in the association (not just those present at the meeting) votes to reject it. This ratification occurs whether or not a quorum is present. Contact Kerri if you are unable to attend and wish to proxy your vote to another resident. 

2026 budget includes:

• Rebuilding storage units
• Repairing downed fence
• Cleaning buildings and stairwells
• Sealing and painting driveway
• Additional batteries for snow blower

Monthly Dues: Units ending in 01 = $758.32 | Units ending in 02 = $875.99
