We need to ratify our prior meeting minutes found here.
Basement Finished – Cage Assignment
The basement will be completed Monday May 4th and will be assigned to residents during the meeting that evening.
As detailed here, cage assignments will be issued randomly. During the meeting, the screen will be shared, and a random assignment will be handed to cages 1-14.
- Units ending in *.01 will be randomly assigned cage #1-8.
- Units ending in *02 will be randomly assigned cage #9-14.
- Cage 15 will be assigned to 19726 #202
- No cage will be assigned to 19732 #102 as they have the private half of the basement of 19732.
Attendance is not required to get your cage, assignments will be posted on the site. Access code to basement will be provided in meeting and via email.
Fire Alarm Inspection – June 1st
Our fire alarm system needs to be inspected on June 1st, 9am – Noon. Access is **required** to all units.
Email kerri@nashnw.com to confirm you will either
A) Be home to provide access
B) You will provide a key to a trusted neighbor or board member who can allow access to your unit. Include the name and contact information of who will be providing access on your behalf.
Note that if your unit is not tested during the scheduled visit, any costs associated with a required retest will be charged to the unit owner.
Fire Marshal Visit – June 3rd
The Fire Marshal will be visiting our association June 3rd to check for any issues we need to address.
New Rule Reminders
Prohibition of Balcony Cooking Devices and Fuel Storage
Cooking Devices:
The use or storage of any cooking device, including grills and smokers of any fuel type (electric, gas, charcoal, pellet, or otherwise) is strictly prohibited on all balconies and must be kept a minimum of 10 feet from all structures.
Fuel Storage:
The storage of any flammable or combustible fuel (propane, butane, charcoal, wood pellets, gasoline, or otherwise) is strictly prohibited on balconies, inside residential units, and in basement storage cages.
Prohibition of Unattended Food
Leaving food of any kind (human food, pet food, birdseed, or otherwise) unattended on any exterior portion of the property, including balconies, patios, and all common areas, is strictly prohibited.
Fee Schedule – Discussion and possible Board Vote
As per our CC&R’s 10.4.1.11, we need to have a clearly defined fee schedule should rule enforcement be necessary. The board will discuss fee schedules, and if appropriate vote on a finalized document to be posted on our site. This item may slide into next month depending on how the discussion goes.
