We are sealing and painting the parking lot next week from 8/26 – 8/27. All vehicles must be removed by the evening of Tuesday, 8/25. Don’t walk or drive in the marked area until 8/28.

Any vehicles remaining in the lot on the morning of 8/26 will be towed at owners’ risk and expense.

Residents are currently responsible for finding their own street parking or other accommodation. We are actively exploring options to secure nearby lots and will provide updates if successful, though we can’t make any guarantees at this time.

Moving forward, spot numbers will be clearly legible. We ask that you come to an agreement with a spot owner should you wish to utilize a spot that is not yours. If you find your spots being used against your wishes, please contact the association and we will work to remedy the situation. As always, towing is an extreme last resort.
