Parking Lot Status

Hey all, we want to extend a big thank you to everyone for clearing the lot in time for Jireh to begin work. The lot has been sealed, please stay off of the marked area as it dries. Tomorrow they will return to paint the lot, which will need to dry overnight. The lot will be open for use on the morning of Friday the 28th.

Ziply Install

Ziply has been on site wiring up our buildings for fiber. With installs like this, we don’t know the scheduling in advance, apologies for the unexpected disruption. The good news is that this install is done at no cost to us, and increases our property value!

Small grey terminals have been added on the ‘utility side’ of each building, with outdoor rated fiber run to each. Should any resident wish to switch from Comcast to Ziply, the install will come in through there. The grey terminal contains a spool of extremely long, hair thin, white fiber. It has enough length to reach the other side of the house if need be, depending on your desired location to place your fiber modem. This white fiber is nearly invisible when tucked into ceiling corners, and can be safely painted.

Using Ziply’s services is entirely voluntary, there is no financial or otherwise obligation to any resident by having this install done. It simply makes Ziply an option moving forward.

We do not at this time have a go-live date for Ziply, but ‘soon’ seems to be a good bet!
