Recent Project Review

Parking lot resurfacing: This project is complete, and with this being our second engagement with Jireh we are quite pleased with their continued quality work.

Ziply: Work is ongoing, however the bulk has been completed. Points of Entry have been mounted on all units, portions of the run have been trenched. As far as we are aware the run is not 100% completed, however Ziply will be contacting us when the network lights up to schedule a time to attend one of our meetings.

Tree Trimming: This was completed with no issues, we have always had great experiences with Washington Tree Experts.

Budget Season

The purpose of doing a 10 month budget in ’26 was to re-normalize the timing of budget season, so we don’t have to wrangle vendors and resident attendance for a budget that lands right in the middle of the holidays!

As such, we are back to September being the beginning of budget season. We are kicking off discussions with Nash and pursuing quotes for a new roof for 19726.

If any residents have any inputs on financial priorities or anything else budget related, this will be the first meeting of several, but please come and speak your mind! We hope to have a set of quotes lined up by next meeting as we get our books lined up for ’27

Finance Review

A look over our current budget to call out any trends that we will be accounting for in ’27, as well as a time to discuss any anomalies and ask any questions related to our ’26 budget.
